לפני כשנה רכשתי טלויזיה TCL אינטש55 דרך אתר האינטרנט של קיי ביי מול. טלויזיה מצויינת, איכותית וידידותית למשתמש. מכיוון שהתלבטתי אם זה נכון לקנות טלויזיה דרך אתר אינטרנט, היה לי חשוב ליצור קשר טלפוני עם החנות. בררתי פרטים על המכשיר עצמו, על השירות והאחריות וזמן האספקה. קיבלתי מענה מהיר, אדיב, סבלני ומעורר אמון, וכל מה שנאמר אכן יצא לפועל. ממליצה בחום גם על הטלויזיה וגם על החנות.

KB MALL מנוהלת באופן רציני, מקצועי ואדיב. המחיר של המוצר שרכשתי היה יותר זול מכל המציעים ב- זאפ. למרות שהתקשרתי לרכישת מכונת כביסה של בוש יותר יקרה, המוכר יעץ לי לרכוש מכונה אחרת יותר אמינה מאותו יצרן וגם יותר זולה. אפשר בהחלט להוסיף "יושר" לחנות זו. תודה. I'LL BE BACK! 😂
